Hone CoachReviews of honecoach.com

Hone coaching has been life changing for me. I’ve dealt with a handful of coaches and from day one Derrick has been nothing but amazing for our company.

My experience has been amazing! Derrik has truly changed my way of thinking. I don't think I would have ever been able to get to the point I'm at in my business without the expertise Derrik has given me. He truly cares about you and the business and wants to see you succeed, it's well worth the investment.

MJ and the team at Hone Coaching are phenomenal! They helped me set and reach some extremely important milestones and even helped me to get a big speaking gig that I’ve been working/hoping for!

Derrik was fun and knowledgable and added depth to our monthly associates meeting! He walked out team through an excellent step by step process on utilizing existing sales stats and data to set appropriate goals based on an economic model, which was not only easily understood but also simple to integrate. He instilled the importance of tracking individiual efforts and understanding sales seasonality and activity to maximize conversions in order to meet goals. It was very productive and informative for all of our team members, and we're planning to integrate his training and accountability methods as part of our standards of practice!

I have been working with Derrik for a few years, and it's been an absolute game changer for my business. I had been in business for 10+ yrs before working with Hone Coach. I felt like I had hit a wall and couldn't grow anymore. Derrik taught me the importance of "knowing my numbers". I was embarrassed when we first met, and I couldn't even tell him what my grow revenue was for the previous year. We built a Coaching Scorecard together and started tracking everything that the business was doing each month. We also started focusing on a marketing plan. Since then my business has doubled. I can't imagine working with anyone else. If you're curious about hiring a coach you should absolutely talk to Derrik!

I've spoken with several consultants, business owners and professionals and Derrik and Hone Coach has been by far the most helpful. He is very open and honest and as detailed or high level as needed with every question and concern. He is very knowledgeable and will say when and who I need to speak with if he's not sure or recommends further expertise on a subject. I recommend him and Hone Coach to anyone starting or involved in a business. He's saved me time and money and foresaw potential issues that others didn't even think of.

I've just started with Hone Coach and I'm really excited about it. They have me moving in a thoughtful direction. They're helping me understand things about my business I haven't paid attention to and it's going to help make smarter moves this year. The biggest advantage I've seen so far is the guidance to improve in way more phases then just selling more. Our small business strives to deliver great products to our community members that inspire. It's time to get back to that and Hone Coach is there to help make it happen.
