Homeway exposed over 400 entities onto my google home, which sees them as devices. I can't remove them even when factory resetting my phone. Google refuses to connect to homeway or to unlink from homeway. Discord is the only way to ask for help, but when I did, they just said it's googles problem, even though google can connect and unlink from everything apart from Homeway and then they start telling me to stop mouthing off about their app, I'm just stating a fact, do not install this pos whatever you do. As you'll notice in the reply, they send links showing how to remove devices discussion. I know how to remove devices. Google can reconnect and unlink from all my linked services except Homeway, that's not a google issue, it's a homeway, we don't know how to fix it, it's easier to pass the buck issue.

Sorry about the frustration! We understand the leftover entities can be really hard to remove, but it is an issue with the Google Home service and not something we can control. You can see other Google Home users talking about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/googlehome/comments/yb2ul1/finally_figured_it_out_how_to_remove_old_devices/ We did see some discussion on our Discord server about this, but no one from the Homeway team asked anyone to stop talking about it or used a term like "mouthing off." The conversation you referred to was between you and one of the independent community members on the server. We will continue to investigate.
