Hi Jim — thank you for sharing your feedback. We did want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Your account did include three properties, all of which were successfully added to your profile during onboarding. Title scans and monitoring are not instant and can take up to 48 hours to fully populate in the portal once a subscription is active. Our records also show that the subscription was active for approximately one hour before it was canceled, which did not allow enough time for the title scans to complete or for you to experience the service as intended. We understand expectations can be high when it comes to property protection, and we’re always happy to walk members through the process so timelines and next steps are clear. If you ever reconsider in the future, our team would be glad to assist.
