Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Kevin charged me $652 to pressure wash, scrape and sand a deck to prep for staining. The deck wasn't even close to being ready for staining. I also have requested a W9 form from him more than once and he won't respond. Very unprofessional.

I thank you for your patience with Home Tech Handyman while we were delayed in the hospital and offer you the most sincere of apologies. I responded with the W-9 that you requested. Thank you also for your business and understanding during the torrential downpour while we attempted to prepare your deck. I understand from a different state the most open communications are not always the easiest to accomplish. I did educate you of the circumstance every step of the way. More than half of the cost was in equipment rental. I also apologize since it is always my prerogative to offer my clients: respect, open communications, and strong work ethic. After your statement I don’t feel I accomplished that.
