I gave a 1 star because there is no option for a zero. I waited for over 60 days, after leaving several voice-mail and emails and reported to BBB before I got a response from this business. Yes, they responded by asking me to remove my complaint. Grant it, they have not yet to reach out to me to find out my concern. I will never recommend ordering anything from this site. I have never gave a bad review

Placed an order in may still waiting. forget trying to get someone to respond to your emails that's pointless they won't. terrible company i am thinking they are a scam.why else would they hide from its customers.

Place and paid for an order over a week ago. Sent two emails requesting status of order and no response back from company. Called the phone number on the website and message states “inbox is full”. Terrible customer service if this is a legit website which is questionable. Going to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback.
