HomesnapReviews of homesnap.com

This service is separate from Homesnap Website. It's a lead service that is the "WORST" investment anyone can make. Vahid managed the lead dept. They sent me spanish speaking leads although aware I did not speak spanish. I was told that it would be corrected. It never was. 99.7% of the leads they could not vent but yet still considered them a HOT lead even though they spent 8 days attempting to reach out to potential customer with no response. This is a waste of money. Beware the ads for this Concierge Service states google leads, however, the receipt after payment reads FB & IG. I never received any leads from IG. They were not responsive to my complaints to resolve issues. I had 32 leads which none could be reached. If you are looking for a lead service with real leads Realtor.com lives up to the services offered. You will not get a ROI on this service.

if you sign in be very carefull because they will start charging like crazy. I signed for one property and they charged me for 5 even properties that were under contract were I was the buyers agent. I dont ever recommend anybody to use this ap. I will never use it again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I was high pressured into trying this app ..they promised me the moon and the stars ... they came through with NOTHING. I was also PROMISED over and over I could cancel anytime and there would UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be an automatic renewal. I was paying for one year upfront with NO AUTO RENEWAL, THIS WAS MY CONDITION WHEN SIGNING UP ... NO AUTO RENEWAL ... THEY PROMISED. I hear nothing from this company all year long, not phone call to see how I like the app or how they could help me get more out of it. THEN during a world wide pandemic, while I'm homeschooling my two young daughters and have not received a paycheck for over 5 consecutive months, they charge my CC 600.00 and put me over my credit limit! When I contacted them to remind them they promised me I could cancel anytime and that there would be no auto renewal and I did not want to renew, please refund my money and cancel my PRO subscription, I can not afford this at this time and it is hurting my family. They refuse to let me terminate and are forcing me to "renew" They have stolen 600.00 from me that I don't even have and only now that I have complained are they calling me to try to SELL ME on the fact they stole 600.00 from me. Really? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! DISHONEST THIEVES SELLING SNAKE OIL & STEALING FROM THOSE EFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC. BUYER BEWARE!!! PROTECT YOUR WALLET, STAY AWAY!!

Pure Trash. Complete waste of money. Keep your money. Leads are a joke.

I moved from Chicago to Florida--there seemed to be a lot of confusion at Homesnap if Homesnap was even a good choice of service for me (WT?). Finally got past that, Chicago MLS was to have been removed (it's not) and FL made my primary (it's not). I don't even know what I have with Homesnap now, but getting a refund for an ad run on a sold property during the sign up process while signing up for a $100 match of ad funds was not part of the equation. I've reached out 2X again today about them still advertising me in Chicago, but I'm starting to believe it's a moot point. I'm sure you can see my contact info--feel free to reach out to me asap. Most unhappy customer ever....

I am extremely disappointed with the unethical and deceptive subscription renewal tactics used by this company. Like renewing their customers' subscriptions without properly informing them. These strategies are useful ONLY for short term gains and not repeat business. The unethical tactics used for increased renewal rates by this company is misleading and borderline fraudulent. Stay away

I notified them about a Real Estate agent, Roger Faulkner who represents himself as a Homesnap agent on their website. Roger Faulkner has No Real Estate License and is in Default in San Diego Superior court cases for failure to appear. All are Real Estate related transaction lawsuits. They have not acted quickly to remove him as of yet.

Beware Real Estate agents and brokers. This company bombards you with ads proclaiming they will post your listing on Goggle, FB, Instagram, and Waze. I purchased an ad for $279, but they offer you a $40 discount if you become a member. I paid for my ad, and 4 days later they changed me again for the same amount on my cc. After getting no leads from the ad, and no results from the sales team at Homesnap to get my money back for the 2nd charge, a Supervisor named Vahid Zahiri informed me that becoming a member entitled Homesnap to keep my cc # on file and charge me whenever they want for another ad. I claimed this as fraud to my cc company and have refused payment on the second charge. DO YOUR MARKETING BUDGET A FAVOR NEVER USE HOMESNAP! A COMPLETE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
