My clients & I all love HOMESNAP. Listing info is accurate & it’s easy to share homes and chat about them. The lot line mapping data is sometimes off, but I’m sure it’s because accurate lot lines are not readily available, it would be perfect if lot lines were accurate as well or if questionable lot line data was appropriately labeled as unreliable. However, on balance, it’s still the best tool!

I'm always using Homesnap, especially when I'm on the go and need to look up a property for a new lead. Or if I'm in an area with a client I can quickly see what other homes are for sale nearby. I can run CMA's on the fly, contact listing agents quickly. There's so much that I can do with Homesnap. I'm not sure what I would do without it.

I love Homesnap, it makes finding information on the go easy and fast.

I’m a real estate agent and I use Homesnap daily (many times daily!) to look up properties, solds, stats, and other useful info. Its very user friendly and for me that has access to the PRO version is the best tool for agents. I recommend it to all my clients as well.
