They buy cheap s*** off of temu and charge 1000 percent more ... It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my items

This company is a ripoff. I received the cup they advertised. It is terrible. The cup online shows the Yankee emblems as two dimensional. The items pop out of the cup. I received a smaller cup and all they did was printed the items. They mislead you. Waste of money. This is false advertisement. I want my money back. I will look at legal action against them. I want a full and total refund. I will send this cup back.

1 Star is way more than they deserve. Ordered the large storage totes and believe me when I say that what I received would not even be sold in a dollar store. Big enough for may a couple of dogs toys if that. If I could share pictures I would. So pathetic. Would not recommend to anyone! Lying, thieving company. They refuse to give a refund. Want me to accept a third of what I paid.

The company shows you an item, but sends something that doesn't even look like what they are advertising, they send out junk, would not recommend them

The coffee cups were junk. The actual cups are nothing like the picture shown. I paid over $50 for two cups because I thought they looked beautiful. The cups I received looked like they came from a dollar store. I will not buy another thing from this company and if I could give them a lower rating I would. Based on other reviews I’ve read, negative ratings are warranted. Don’t Buy From This Company!

Order item 3 weeks ago and still waiting for product. Very disappointed. I wanted this item to be here by February 12th, for my mom's birthday and I have not received an update. It feels like the order is coming from Japan. The order # is Home45386.

First off it took forever to get. It was the wrong size and no straw. Then I went to use it the cup for Hot Tea and the lid doesn’t stayed closed from the heat and I almost spilled hot tea on myself. I would never recommend nor buy from this company again. Your customer service number was incorrect so I couldn’t talk to anyone. When I emailed I got a generic response each time. Refused to let me return the items.

Once you buy you are stuck! Sizes aren’t correct. Hoodies are cheap nylon, not a quality item and they don’t accept returns and contacting them or getting anything from them is hopeless. Basically if you are buying to are stuck with whatever you receive
