No contract I should work for these company because they don’t pay their bills. They find all excuses not to pay Contractor when they work for them. I would not recommend this company to no one.

We have rented from other rental companies before, but this Home Rive Group is by far the worst company ever! They are quick to take your money, but so slow to fix any problems. As far as property managers, they need to put in a revolving door. When we first moved into the home, (from out of state and not seeing the home in person) it was so filthy. I would have been ashamed as a company to show anyone something so dirty. They tried to make us pay for things that the wind blew off, upon telling us to move out. Anyway, to make a long story short, I would never rent from these people ever again. If you see any houses from them...Run, Jump, Swim and Fly away as far as you can because these people are just plain greedy!

The worst "management company" I have ever dealt with, and I use that term lightly. The only thing they manage is to send you a bill every month. They do not respond to any calls, texts, voicemails if you need any assistance for anything. They refuse to assist you in any way possible, and God forbid you try to contact them. Just forget about it. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Probably one of the worst management companies in the city of Chicago. Once they get you to agree, they become unresponsive to emails, they miss important details that you share and once I decided to go elsewhere, they are refusing to issue me a refund.

Very cold, impersonal company. They base qualifications strictly off credit scores and don't bother contacting references regarding rental history. It's all based on numbers and cash. After denial I contacted a local regional director who briefly (very briefly) responded asking which house, but once I responded she became dead silent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! RUN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK.

Worse on earth. I have moved here last two months, and we started to get the issues like electricity, especially the refrigerator and bathroom leakage. However, we have called them ten times, even more, and no answer to our request yet. Promises to send over somebody but not yet to come to that handyman. If you ever decide to rent through them, be prepared to fix any issue yourself.
