Started off great but now no communication
I have been using this program since August, 2026. At first they have been very responsive. For a set up fee of $297 plus the monthly of $27 I believed it to be a good deal. Well a few months into and support is no where to be found. I have emailed them on several occasions and no response. I have called the rep that signed me up and still no response. This is very disappointing because I was looking forward to building with them. BUT, they are still taking my $27 per month subscription without fail.
