I was told that floor plans would be E-mailed to me. The only thing sent to me was an application to run "a soft hit" on my credit. I felt "rushed" to immediately fill out a form versus being provided what I asked for. Misspelled my name, then emphasized it in parentheses...geesh!

I called your company today. Spoke to a gentleman named Tony. I told him I was inquiring upon purchase in you manufactured home. I asked him what the processes is he told me someone would be calling me back shortly 6 PM Eastern time and no call
Katie P.
Called the wrong number. Said she could not get me to a home specialist. Was just gathering information which I already provided. Waste of my time just have someone purchase something so I have a place to live.

The lady was nice enough but couldn't answer any questions. She supposedly gave my information to somebody that was going to call me and help answer my questions. Almost a week later, I haven't heard from anybody.

Hello Stacy, this is our mistake! It looks like you have some questions about a basement. Your info has been passed on and someone will be in touch! Hello again Stacy, this is an update to our original reply above. Our customer service representative Blake reached out, it sounds like you're not in the market anymore for a home based on the conversation he had with you. If anything was misunderstood or has changed, please let us know!
