Very helpful call center then was…
Very helpful call center then was transferred over to someone who was supposed to be able to help me turned out they couldn’t. Said that they were going to send me over to the owners son who was going to help left a message and still haven’t received anything from them

I was transferred to a Spanish speaker…
I was transferred to a Spanish speaker representative; I did not ask for it. That is rude. The person that I spoke with sounded frustrated with my questions.
