I don’t know where to start because my experience with this company got better every single time I had to work with a new individual. During my intro call, I explained Darrin Seppinni (one of the owners) the critical timeline we had because our original lender BBT/TRUIST had the wrong closing date (90 days vs. actual 45), at that time we had 31 days left, he assured me that him and his team where experts in STATEMENTS LOANS and where the ones that will take this 3 million dollar deal all the way to the finish line, ON TIME. He was very upfront with the rates and the loan fees, although the rate was slightly higher compared to a full doc conventional loan, the process was much easier than our initial process with our local bank. I will also like to add that his program required 20% down instead of 25% down, no PMI. So moving on, once I agreed to the proposed rate we immediately started working with Darrin’s wife and partner Jayne Seppinni. Jayne is an excellent communicator that truly cares about their clients. She did everything they promised on time and even after we got the appraisals & engagement docs she stayed on top of everything until the day we closed. I would also like to thank Esther for processing the loan, being so prompt and staying available despise the 3hr time zone difference. I was impressed with her level of commitment, she is truly amazing. If you are looking for a loan with 1/2 the paperwork and want to deal with honest & reputable people, look no further!

I cannot thank Homelife Mortgage enough for having the appropriate mortgage product for self-employed borrowers. We are self-employed and because of that status, we had such a difficult time qualifying for a refinance using the standard qualification methods, especially during the pandemic. When we read that Homelife Mortgage offers self-employed borrowers the opportunity to qualify for a refinance using their business bank statements, we had to inquire. It seemed unbelievable. But, it's all true! We worked with Jayne, Esther, and the Seppinni team members throughout the process of our mortgage refinance. Honestly, since we had all of our qualifying documents ready to go, the whole process went extremely smoothly. We cannot believe we closed on our mortgage refinance at around 30 days.
