I have only been a member for a few weeks, but this has been awesome so far!!! I have spent 1000's of dollars over the last few years on other Real Estate Companies & got absolutely nowhere. My money just went down the drain...I 1st heard about Social Media Blueprint when I was playing 1 of my games & a spam commercial came up for them. They were offering a 5 day Flip Webinar so I thought what the heck. I attended the 5 days & then they had a weekend webinar for $47.00 after that, & I attended that too. All I can say is WOW!!! I learned more in the 7 days for less then $100.00. then I learned in all the other companies, & several $1000.00 combined. All the trainers are so informative, & personable...They really know their stuff. So of course I signed up for the rest of their program they offered, & even that was way cheaper then the other companies would have charged me to continue with their trainings! I am constantly learning all the time. I actually feel like I can make a go of this!!!!!! Thanks Nate & the rest of the team...

There is so much I appreciate about the SMB experience. Number one is great coaches. They have a variety of coaches, all of whom are top-notch. I learn from each of the coaches. One might have a slightly different way of doing something/explaining something that really clicks for me, so that variety is a huge benefit. Another thing is coaching support that is available on a daily basis. As a total newbie, I felt supported every step of the way. Not only was I inspired by the coaches and other members of the program, but I also was getting the basic, practical steps of how to make this work for me. Another benefit was learning from the community members, as there was a variety, from newbies like myself to experienced real estate investors. Being part of this program really expanded my mind to the possibilities in real estate investing. I know that if I put in the time and follow the steps I have been given, I can be as successful as I choose to be.

The Social Media Blueprint team provides solid applicable content that will truly take your business to the next level. I have seen many other programs, but this real estate program is absolutely the most authentic. The coaches truly care about helping you see success and are all active investors. Because they are active investors, they are in touch with the current market and what it takes to scale your business in these changing times! Great training, great trainers and support staff.

I have been very impressed with the approach of SMB. In fact they have managed to turn my business from being a task to a fulfilling joy. I've worked with many other coaching teams. The majority of them have an approach of showing you how to make money with the focus being on you. I already was motivated to work in real estate and knew the benefits I could get. Not exactly motivating. But while training with SMB a big emphasis is placed on what benefit you can provide to your clients. How your business can bring benefit to others out in the world. This has helped really push my business forward and given me far more motivation to keep growing..

I must say that I have gotten more out of this training than any other real estate course I've taken. I like the hands-on application approach. After a year of leaving it all on the field with no success, I am beginning to see positive movement. I also particularly appreciate the sense of service this organization exemplifies.
