I've been a part of a few coaching and mentorship programs in my career. All most all presented their program and then left me to fend for myself, which resulted in mixed results at best. SMB is the opposite in their approach. Not only is there an almost overwhelming amount of recorded instruction to consume, but there is DAILY contact with all the coaches to review deals, receive fresh instruction, correction where needed, guidance, and encouragement. This is definitely a hands-on, watching over your shoulder, step-by-step program that I highly recommend to everyone!

I always look at reviews and think, worked for them but probably not gonna work for me. ***THIS SH** IS REAL & WORKS*** The only thing you have to do is move your ass! The instructors are kind, direct and go above and beyond & are real people who run their own business as well! If you ever listen to anyone about anything, let it be from someone who is doing it every day or has done it themselves. If you're looking them up and reading this, take a chance and change your. This program/training/family of people has changed mine! Should you have any doubt, shoot me a message, As you can tell, I keeps it real, no fluff here but the whip cream on my coffee! See you on the inside!

Nate Armstrong's 5-Day Flip Challenge IS my business model. Its allowing my fiancée and I to quit our jobs to virtually wholesale full time with truly unlimited income potential. God Bless you Nate & your entire team!! And to everyone who views this review, follow the training and I promise you it will Bless your life so you can be a Blessing!

The social media blueprint team and coaches are 2nd to none in support and knowledge of real estate transactions and assisting you with knowing exactly what to do to build your real estate business. Thank you SMB!

I am one of their students and I would give them a five-star rating. I can tell you they not only teach but they actually do the business

Highly recommend SMB, they have so much content with answers to anything you may need at any level of your real estate business and if you can't find an answer they have extremely competent/knowledgable/friendly coaches to help you with any challenge you're facing. They truly have knocked this program out of the park, very impressed.

The teams is filled with a wealth of information. They give great suggestions to bring a deal to the finish line!

I joined SMB Program less than a week ago. The trainers, courses, best practices, daily meetings...etc - have been the best in class. I've spent the past 3 months learning from other REI mentors (good stuff), but I knew there was more that I needed. My gut said I found the right spot with Nate and his team. Less than a week later I couldn't be more pleased. The support, communication via Telegram and email is incredible. Already my CRM and Facebook campaigns are ready to roll (ahead of schedule). I'm pumped and more confident than ever that I have the team to support my growth and future success in the amazing industry
