If I had to describe this company/group of people in one word it would be GENUINE. I have attended several free trainings and each and every time I am struck by how much information I get for free and how much I really like the coaches. It is very clear they are in this business not just to make money but to also help people. Which is definitely not the norm in this business. Not only that, I have heard enough from their current students over the different trainings that I've attended to 100% believe that their program will absolutely get you deals. I participated in a summit with Nate Armstrong and Social Media Blueprint. After many months of self- teaching real estate investing, I am sure about one thing and that is knowing that I need a structure to begin this work successfully. Social Media Blueprint has an organized marketing structure which begins with an assumption of success rather than hit and miss marketing. Hit and miss works but, can be expensive, time consuming and yield understated results. I began this work using the older marketing model which is counterintuitive for me, but I pressed forward thinking this is the way it is done. I am pleased that I found Social Media Blueprint and look forward to more coaching and information.
