They were great with my mom. If you want one of the best caregivers then pick Courtney. She was great with my mom from beginning to the end. She even visited my mom when she went into hospice care at a facility until she passed. She was GREAT. We still consider her a part of our family. We could not have given my mom the care she received without Courtney.

I have been with Home Instead since January. They have been amazing care givers to my wife Carrie. The girls that we have had are Lovie Barnes,Samantha Tomlinson,Faith Houchins,Kayleanne Todd,Judy Trussell,Alecia .They fill like family to us and my wife looks forward to them coming and they have also helped with Therapy we thank you very much for your service!

I had an extraordinary caregiver for the past several weeks. Raven was brand new and I was her first client. My regular caregiver is off from surgery. Raven was very proficient in every way. After one day going over what I basically needed, she took control and did everything I needed with an enthusiastic attitude. She is a delight! I could not ask for a more responsible and delightful person! I would truly recommend her for any client needed any service needed. She is responsible, accountable and most of all, respectful to everyone.

I have a very good care pro by the name of Sandra. Sandra has made my life a lot easier by the care she is giving my wife. Sometimes it's difficult to find a person that is compatible with the person they are caring for. Sandra fits the bill perfectly.

Since joining Home Instead Market Harborough, I've really appreciated the daily variety, the wonderful clients, and the excellent training (which is very good) I've also enjoyed getting to know the office team and participating in Wellness Wednesdays and meeting new clients families at events. Whenever I have an issue, I can talk to management, and they've always been kind and helpful. The staff are lovely, you can just pick up the phone and someone will help!

I would like to bring to your attention, what a tremendous asset Clare Lamden is to your business. I am a friend of Jane Wilsons , and I was so impressed with the care and compassion she showed Jane. On one of my visits to Jane, she was tidying and re-organising the bedroom and kitchen cupboards and drawers, to make it easier for Jane . She Would always ensure that Jane was given heartwarming , home cooked meals and would stay with her at all times , keeping her company and entertained. She even went to the length of dining and woollen items that needed repaired. To quote Jane.” she is my eyes and ears, and knows what I want and when I need it.
