This company goes under contract at one price, people sign the agreement, and then after the inspection they suddenly drop the price by about 20%. The same thing happened with my property — they put the house under contract and then tried to reduce the price after the inspection. Very unprofessional behavior.

Anton was very helpful and answered a myriad of questions kept our mind at ease and really enjoyed his patience. I would give 5 negative stars if I could. I called around for help before the house my Grandfather left to me in a trust went to foreclosure. Homeinc called me saying they would buy the house. They saw a loophole in the trust, never closed or told me a thing, just don’t worry. They let it go to foreclosure and bought it. They are vultures.
