They claim everything is “in stock” however, it’s a total LIE. They have zero stock being a middleman. They will take your payment then make a half hearted attempt to find it through a different company . Most of the time it seems they don’t find it but keep your payment without sending you anything which is theft. I don’t understand how this “business” is allowed to operate. They will never respond to voicemails left or emails either. They are out of Diamond Bar, CA which is LA County. Suggest you call the LA County DA or State AG to file a complaint.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Originally told that the cargo container that my order was on was delayed and waiting to dock to unload cargo. They gave me a date. After that date passed I emailed them again and was basically told the same thing. I finally canceled my order today and was told that I could not cancel it. This compasny is a bunch of con artists.... Stay away

Like others, I ordered a book shelf that was delayed multiple times and then not refunded. Total scam, do not purchase from this site.

Purchased a book case which hadn't shipped months after purchase. Canceled order. No refund received. Multiple emails which they claim refund was sent. My bank confirmed refund not received and out over $800. Scam. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Ordered a desk Feb 5th, today is March 29th. I have contacted Merske (the parent company) Peazz and HomeGoodsCenter via email and phone on numerous occasions requesting a ship date for the desk, just to be told the factory is shut down. With this information, I asked for a refund, but they refused stating that is not their policy. It sounds like I am in line with the other reviewers...this is a scam using 3 different company names. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE 3 COMPANIES.

They are the worst company to do business with. I ordered a bed spread they never gave me a shipping date when i Email them they just gave me a run around said it would be shipped in 3 days Email them again Said it would not get ship for 5 more day. I canceled the order and ask to be refunded they told me 3 to 5 days We will see. Highly recommend never to do business with this company

If I could give zero stars I would... They are thieves after months of changing my shipping date and giving me my item I had to cancel. Now I am having to fight for a refund! They never answer and they just give you the run around to receive the item. They are a total scam! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

I found a bike trailer that was sold out on Amazon. I ordered since the trailer was marked in stock. The site says 1 - 3 business days to process. I called at 4 days with no updates on my order. I was told Covid was slowing down the warehouse and that it would be shipped by the end of the week. Called again at the end of the week and was told there was no update and no idea when it would ship. I told them to cancel my order. I was told it had to be 'approved' and that I would get an email within 24 hours. I did get an email saying my order was cancelled, but my Paypal transaction was not refunded. Called again a couple days later to follow up on refund. Was told there was no date or status on refund and that I would need to call back AGAIN after the rep had a chance to talk to someone else. No offer to call me back once the information was known, no way to identify the rep. Just told to call back again. Next step is opening a dispute through Paypal because they are apparently planning on keeping my money as long as possible. Cannot possibly discourage people from using this site enough.
