At first I was disappointed in the Home…
At first I was disappointed in the Home Gnome process, as I had a few professionals who did not come on assigned day, no communication, or did not do what I expected. HOWEVER, I was finally assigned a professional who did amazing, showed up when scheduled, and did a great job! Very pleased - it was ean try the original frustration!

Sticking it out after a rough start says a lot, Shannon — thank you for giving us another shot. The no-shows and lack of communication early on weren't acceptable, and we know that. Glad the right person finally came through and made it worth the wait. That's the kind of service you deserved from the beginning.
