Home GnomeReviews of homegnome.com

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. Cannot believe after dealing with TERRIBLE pros from yelp and angi list that i finally found a really good app where i can just get my basic yard work done. Home gnome is the best!

Good service.

Mowing the grass isn't really that hard if you have the experience and gear. What made Home Gnome different was things like the guys rolling up my trash cans from the curb (who does that?), picking up trash from the yard BEFORE they mowed and blowing clippings away from the pool and not into it.

Lawn care people were great. Showed up on time and were fast. Nice people. Professional. Easy.

Used home gnome to get lawn care for my hedges and was incredibly pleased with the results. Will be using their services in the future as their attention to detail and orderly communication was highly appreciated. Thank you!

Warning: Potential Scam – Overcharged Without Any Work Done I had a terrible experience with Rainald with Home Gnome company and Hillscape in Oregon. They charged me over $2,000 despite no work being completed. Communication is extremely poor—when the contractor arrived unexpectedly and I wasn’t home, I asked them to leave the property. They did, but I was still charged the full amount. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. The quality of service is abysmal, and their claims are misleading at best. The supervisor, Rainald, provided little to no help during the investigation and follow-up process. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Megan from trustpilot helped me with the full reimbursement and I finally heard back from other supervisors within their team, despite a member insisting that was their final decision and they won’t reimburse me for the work they haven’t performed at all. So Megan 5 stars for you but this company has lost my business and trust!

Home Gnome has been an absolute game-changer for me! With a busy household and a husband who’s always tied up with work, I used to struggle to find the right services to keep our home in top shape. But now, with just a few clicks, I can book exactly what I need—anytime, anywhere—without the hassle of searching for reliable help. What really sets Home Gnome apart is their commitment to quality. Every job is backed by their amazing support team, so I never have to worry about whether the work will be done right. And if I ever have a question or need assistance, their support team is phenomenal—responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. No more waiting around, chasing down contractors, or stressing over unfinished projects. Home Gnome makes home maintenance effortless, reliable, and stress-free. If you want an easy, worry-free way to take care of your home, this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Great service, with speedy execution.
