I gave a 1 because there is.no ZERO. First they offer 3 hour free, its not until you rebook with them. 2 you set an appointment same person jumps on the jobs and then After accepting the job she changes knowing she can't fill the request and changes your time and day. Total disregard for customers appointments. 3. no customer support and nobody answers the calls. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Decietful and completely inconvenient. Don't waste your time and money. I was charged 4 times and the bank called to inform me. Sad thing they have raving reviews until i.came to trust pilot and realized i.am not the only with a horrible experience.

I have worked for this company and in the beginning of my employment I was paid correctly and on time. My job was outstanding and I received the Top Cleaner Status. After working for about 2 months with many return requests, I started to notice that I was being charged for invoices that I didn't request leaving me supposedly owing the company over 100$!!! I sent in proof that they were incorrect with their acquisitions. Without any other response from the company I was still charged for the amount that they said that I supposedly owed!! I was even accused of invoicing payment to an account that was closed and unable to receive money!!! They were trying to get me to work for free to get their accounts with people correct. I wouldn't advise anyone to work for them or to use their services.

Did not use this website to hire cleaned it’s not $19 for their cleaning service and once u sign ur card up with them they use ur card without ur permission and say they are charging for membership I used them in march and saw they were trying to process my card in May I email them to cancel whatever service they have on my card they do not have permission to use my card fast forward to September these ppl took 177 from my card for membership or services I did not use and rudely send me emails from someone called Elena G that I’m not getting my money back and this is membership that I did not use asked them to cancel since May I have to pay for and they ran my card for this amount not caring what financial struggle I’m going thru do not sign up for their services they are not honest their policies are very scam like no it is a scam for you to register your card I use them once never again I will stick with Angie’s

I am extremely disappointed with HomeGlow Cleaning Services. My appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes from the time I was contacted, and the cleaner was asking me if I had a vacuum and cleaning supplies. I had no idea that I was expected to provide the equipment and supplies for the cleaner. If I’m paying for a professional cleaning service, I expect the cleaner to arrive prepared with the necessary supplies and equipment to do the job. This was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will be canceling this service and will not be using HomeGlow again. What a frustrating experience.

When I first got this company to come out, I thought it was a really great deal for seniors. If you are a singer, please be careful with the app and understanding what they say. I would not do anything on the app. If you are a singer, they don’t like talking to you on the phone. They like emailing in order to talk. They locked me in. I was not pleased with the cleaning. One person came, took some things in a trash bag things that I used and needed it after that I did not want anyone else in my house from this company. Also, they continue to take money out of my account when I thought I had canceled or terminate them coming

If there was a zero rating I would have entered that. Don't fall for this as I did: This happened the summer of 2024. "$19 cleaning" offers that secretly trapped you in a $59/month membership with high cancellation fees." Then they ran the monthly fee unannounced by charging my credit card. Plus the person that came to clean cancelled 3 times, she finally showed up 2 hours late because "her dog was sick," she seemed intoxicated or on drugs. It took her 4 hours plus to clean a small 2 bedroom condo, but never cleaned the 2 bathrooms. I can clean it in one hour. The woman that showed up begin mopping the floor by shuffling around with her feet on a rag, no mop. It took me maybe 6 weeks to get my $59 x 3 back plus the $19 and hidden fees refunded and that was after weeks of emails, rarely did they respond until I threaten to report them to online fraud agencies. I cannot believe they are still in business! I just saw an ad on TV for their services. For a long time now their deceptive marketing was propped up by fake reviews. Search the Internet for the truth. If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.

I have been disputing the $100 dollar charge for over a year now with no resolution! They made this charge on my credit card and won’t refund this amount for no cleaning service rendered! They want me to sign up to a contract that I don’t want! People don’t sign up for this corrupt company! The cleaning is subpar! Never give them a credit card! Terrible company! They will lock you into a contract, that is unable to get out of! Contact your Attorney General for more help !

Ordered a couch cover - poor quality and flimsy packaging. I wrote company I wanted to return it and so far have not been told what the procedure is. I will never order from them again.
