The current Homecity.com operation identifies itself with Bradfield Properties in San Antonio, while its Trustpilot profile still reflects the older Austin HomeCity identity and contains no reviews from the last 12 months. There are also historical customer complaints involving closing costs and agent communication, although those reports are old and remain customer allegations. I also found a federal lawsuit involving Bradfield Properties over PPP-loan forgiveness; the case was dismissed in September 2026. None of this proves misconduct, but it is enough that I would verify the brokerage, agent, commission structure and transaction documents carefully before signing anything.
