I confess that I approached selling my home without a realtor with some trepidation but the experience with Greg and his team put me at ease from start to finish. I was contacted by Greg after leaving an email query on the Homecashguys web site and he explained the goals and the process and helped make sure this was the right way to go for me. I was left with no reservations or regrets at the time of settlement. When Greg said they would be taking care of everything he clearly meant that. Greg, Mike and Carly were always available to answer questions and consistently gave me timely updates on their progress toward settlement. I never had a feeling I was intruding on their time when I communicated with them.
