My wife was delighted with the plaque. It liobed like the picture and the 5 little monsters matched my five stepkids. I see by other reviews that the long delivery time, 31 days was common. So we missed Mother's Day by a couple of weeks. I will very likely order more things, but order them earlier.

When the order finally came in, it looked just like the images. The website was pretty easy to utilize for the order and added the customization. The only issue as i have seen others mention, was the shipping. I didnt realize it was coming from overseas which was a huge delay. I was hoping to get it by mother's day but it came weeks after. I didn't see any shipping updates so I thought I got scammed and reached out to their customer service. They got back to me within 48hrs and that is when I found out the details of shipping and any updates. The product is great overall. Just give plenty of time for shipping. Could take up to 20days to ship.

We ordered for Mother’s Day, came a bit late , but worked out for my wife’s birthday . The ball ls super cool. Nice job the print was a up side down, reached back out to them . A little communication back and forth & they’re standing behind the order and sending another one

My wife absolutely loved it she got the kids stitch keychain with Angel for mother's day, the picture really made it look more 3D and like it actually had sparkles on it, it honestly might have been in the details or fine print, but I got it and it was flat and didn't shine like the picture, so maybe the picture could look more like the actual product, so that was a bummer I thought. She loved it tho, so that was the best part.

Great artwork and customization. Shipped from China so takes a while to arrive. I wish the 'metal' sign were more ridgid, the sign seems to be made of tin. Very thin. But overall good product.

Sign is great, the tin could be made a little thicker. In fact it was so thin that my older, female mail carrier bent it in half so that it would fit in the mailbox. 🤨 Maybe when shipping Homacus can put “DO NOT BEND” on the packaging. @homacus
