While the gift was perfect, I wasn’t aware it was coming from overseas. I’d give 5 stars except the time of shipping and how the package tracker said it was in Los Angeles for almost two weeks without movement. I question its accuracy. Shipment also arrived way later than projected.

First, the 3 stars are for the quality, good, but need improvement because on one of my items, the picture is off some place. Second, what i received is not what I ordered because my items can't stand. There is not any plaque at the bottom to maintain it. I still don't know how to place it on the table because falling.

Although it’s nice, it’s to small and hard to read the names and her name is not the full name I put.

Took way too long. It was advertised during Valentine’s Day and didn’t come for another nearly 2 weeks. The item is fine but removes some of the specialness if it takes that long to arrive. This is why people use services like Amazon because you know you’ll get your item quickly.

This was a very cute keychain for my husband and I. His broke the first day- overall, the quality was so-so and not very good for the money. Had a great interaction with customer service at the onset of the order for an address change- very nice and helpful- just a lack luster product overall.

Ornaments were nice, however, they smelled of strong chemicals and I couldn’t get the smell away. They arrived much later than expected - not in time for Christmas as they were shipped from overseas and had to go through customs. This is not a local made product so be prepared to wait.

I ordered a couple's ornament for my wife. It arrived, but after the intended date. I wrapped a photo of it. Once it arrived, my wife was extremely happy with it.

It was pretty good. Colors were a little off and shipping took just a tad longer than expected but definitely worth the buy.
