I ordered this thinking it was a rug. It is merely a piece of material. You can’t even use it as a rug. Looks kinda like the picture however, you have to be looking directly down on it to see the image like it is coming out of the floor. I have sent a few emails requesting my money back with no luck just yet. I would NOT recommend.

Didn't receive entire order. Customer service poor. Product lower quality from china that looks and feels cheap! Would not recommend

I was extremely upset with what I received. Based on the pictures and price, I really expected a 3D ornament of high quality. I thought I'd be receiving a "Hallmark type" of ornament, especially with it being $28. But the flat, 2 dimensional object I received was not of high quality. Even the string provided was very cheap, and not even sure if it has the strength to hold this acrylic ornament. And I agree with everyone else, the overseas delivery process took a month. Had it been a nice ornament, I guess ordering a couple months in advance was the correct thing to do.

I purchased an ornament and it looked and was described as being “3-D”. It’s not. It’s a flat ornament printed on both sides. It was over $30 so it was pretty disappointing.

I ordered the Simpson wedding plaque. I received the first shipment and it was broke I asked for a replacement which they did however the second shipment I received was broke as well. Just asked for a refund. Not sure it is the shipping company that doesn’t handle the item with care but fragile items should probably be wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrap cardboard around it before packaging or just use a bag and put a fragile sticker on it or mark it handle with care. It is a cute item beside it being broke

Nothing what was advertised it was plexiglass with a piece of paper sorry a poorly crafted sticker stuck to the back of it.

I had great hopes for this one. I was super excited to get it. When I received it the product was cracked. It would’ve been to much of a hassle to return it. I was very disappointed 😔

The object was a lot smaller than I thought it was and the pics that were advertised did not state the thing was one solid piece of plastic. It looked like a statue like object. My wife was far from impressed with a gift that arrived three weeks late.
