Never received the item. Asked for a refund & they stopped emailing me back!

Ordered on May 22nd for Fathers Day and still have not received my order on June 25th. Had I known this was coming from another country I wouldn’t have ordered from here. UPDATE: I finally received my order and it’s NOTHING like I was expecting. The picture looked nothing like what I received. Very disappointed. Company will not give a refund.

There was no care of making sure the package wouldn’t get damaged when it was sent to me. And of course it was damaged when it arrived.

Ordered a keychain and never came through the mail. Reached out to customer service. They told me it's my fault it didn't come and had to pay more money for them to send me another one offer it no refund. So I'm just out $40 and no keychain.

The item I ordered was a Father's Day Gift. I ordered May 14th and didn't arrive until June 20th. It wasn't the quality I was expecting for the price I paid. I've requested a full refund multiple times and have been denied. They only want to offer 10% or 50%, depends on who emails. Do not order from this company!

I only 1 item and I ordered 2 items and yall want me to send the package picture to you and I always get trash them after I get them because I order offline a lot and never had any problems with them not sending all of my order and I wanted to order more from this site but can't trust that I will get it if I pay for it

Disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the Keychain is cheap and it's overpriced. I feel like I was cheated out of my money. The Keychain looks nothing like the advertised photos.

Terrible bait and switch with the product! You get a shitty acrylic cut out with a sticker on it and it arrived in 3 pieces!
