I ordered two pillows 2 weeks before Christmas, and only received one. The other one had my nephew’s name on it, Dean. I came up short for gifts for him on Christmas, and it put me in an embarassing spot; either send the pillow out that I purchased, or give me a refund. This isvv v. the second time I am writing.

My mug is not the right color it's white and we ordered black but over all its good

It’s a nice looking rug. It’s done in great colors. The rug does not look as realistic as it did in the picture. I’m pretty disappointed with that. In the picture the Grinch looked like he was coming out of the floor. in real life,It doesn’t look that way at all.

The “rug” is just a piece of material. It’s cute but definitely cannot be used as a rug. I didn’t catch when ordering that it was an oversees order and therefore would take over a month to arrive- my bad. Would not recommend

The ornaments were nice, but both came with the hockey stick broken. Probably an easy fix and since they were ordered on November 27th and I didn't get them until December 29th, I have a year to fix them so I put them on the tree next December

This website advertises 2-4 day shipments of orders. The manufacturing is done in China and all products are pretty much made-to-order. My order from 12-14-2025 has still not left China. Buyers Beware!

Thought it was 3d so I was very disappointed when I received it and it was flat.

Ordered on Nov 8th + did Not receive until 12/22. Quality just ok. Not as vibrant as shown. Not worth $29 in my opinion.
