I placed an order on June 12th, it is now July 9th and my tracking link has not updated since July 1st. I have sent 3 emails about my order and they have all been ignored. I have looked at their FAQ and some of their responses are completely arrogant! I believe this company is run by jerks who could not care less about the service or product you receive, if you even get your product, as long they have you money. I really didn't have $48 to waste, but I guess they get to keep my money and not even deliver my product. I just can't believe they can stay in business when they have ZERO customer service. Why are my emails not answered? Sad and ridiculous. Furthermore, when I wrote this review on their website, it said it needed to be approved by admin. No wonder they have only 4 and 5 star reviews! They advertise as if they are an American company, but then they ship from China and don't communicate. Seriously so frustrated. Please do not buy from them!

Very disappointed. Ordered on 6/3, did not receive until after 6/18 due to a postage shortage payment delay on their end. Nobody ever communicated, and the thought was that this was made and delivered from the US. Nope, no mentioning of this being oversea. Had I known this was going to be delayed and not make it on time for Father's Day, I would not have ordered it. Letters for the name was small. Only good part was the idea. I would never buy again. Poor communication and takes too long.

I order the BATDAD and It came broken, I sent an email and they never reply, and it also took forever to get it I WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The shirts neckline is super low possibly a women’s shirt. Planning to return. Other than that the print was pretty good.

I ordered this item back in early June and it said it was going to arrive between the 15th and the 17th well it got rescheduled to the 27th of June I still have not received this item and no one is responding to emails and will not contact me if I could I would rate this half a star

I got scammed. Item I received is nothing like the picture on the website. I received a cheap piece of acrylic instead of 3D figurine. And I was charged $77 for it. I emailed the company but never heard back.

Have yet to receive my item. Ordered it back in May to be a father's day present and it's not July 4th with no update. When I reached out to see what is going on with my package the email they just said they are very busy and they gave me a $3 refund on a $40 order. I will be reporting this as fraud my credit card to get a charge back.

I ordered two separate purchases on May 30, for father's day gifts, it's July 4 and still no items. I reached out to customer service and no reply. I spent about $100 on nothing. I checked the tracking for one of the items and the last update is June 19 "waiting for items." The other one has said it's near me for the past 2 weeks but it isn't delivered. Then I'm asked to give reviews but can't get a response back to my email. Both were shipped from China from the company is supposedly in the states. Waste of money.
