So I never got the package.... I SPENT 45 DOLLARS the thing that angers me the most is I reached out to them and they said they would change the address when they said they did I told them the address was the same and they were like "we promise it will get to the right place" I'm beyond furious not to mention they don't have a way to change it smh screw you Homacus

Not only is the product they advertise completely opposite of what they show on their website, but the quality is horrific. The company refuses to help you, refund any money whatsoever, and treat you like you are 100% a moron, when in fact it's them who are stupid. Product comes directly from overseas (I'll let you guess where), while the business advertises being "made in the USA"

Key chain barely resembles the item on the ad, it’s a sharp flat piece of plastic with a sticker on it. Won’t purchase from them again

I was quite disappointed when I received my locker. From the videos of the product on Facebook, it appeared to be a 3-dimensional, miniature locker. That's what I thought I was ordering. What I received was a thick piece of acrylic with a decal on the back. The "plaque" (They started calling it that in later advertisements because of all the complaints, I think.) is not free standing, does not come with a display base, and a hanger cannot be affixed to the back to hang it on a wall without damaging the decal, which is the image oof everything in the locker. If I could, I would demand a refund.

This company is based on overpriced novelties, false advertisement, extremely long shipping times without updates, and no communication from the "support" team. I ordered 2 plaques and a bullet tumbler. I purchased 2 of the largest size acrylic plaques for my veteran husband for Father's Day and his birthday. I understand that images on the website are misleading and show STATUES where the product title states PLAQUE. I interpreted this to mean that the plaques were going to give a realistic 3D illusion especially for the prices of them. Unfortunately, the plaques don't meet the expectations of the price paid and the extremely long wait for them to arrive with lack of shipping updates. The plaques are nice however, if you have a good printer at home and some resin... The gold bullet tumbler is nice except for the cap is plastic that feels flimsy. It was my understanding that the tumbler and cap was made of stainless steel then the drinking lid made of bpa free plastic. Nonetheless, the cap arrived with divets and scratches; the tumbler itself arrived with a rough seam around the top. I reached out twice to support for a resolution and never received a response from Homacus. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you're buying in bulk with a 30 percent discount code for something at least 3 months out or more distant future.

The advertisement showed a statue not a plaque. The plaque is very nice but not what I expected. I ordered 2, they said I didn’t give the right address but I confirmed it and it was correct. The second item was returned to the manufacturer and I have not received a refund or notice that a delivery was attempted again. I have sent emails with no reply. I guess I’m out the money.

My order arrived broken. I have emailed support several times with no reply. Interesting seems how they have sent me several emails asking for a review. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

My order was never delivered and it was ordered June 7 till this day I still haven’t received my package and it was supposed to be a gift for my husband it very sad as the gift had an inclusion of our deceased son and it was supposed to commemorate him for his dad truly disappointed
