The item was not a figure of the grinch just a flat plastic ornament. Very deceiving and we were very disappointed ☹️

They advertise it like it's a 3D ornament. It's not!!! It's a cheap sticker on plexiglass. Deceptive marketing at its best. Be warned.

Item was delivered broken. Spoke with rep. Agreed on a replacement. Replacement never received. Money wasted. Don’t bother wasting your time purchasing through them.

The ornament was a cheap, flat lucite ornament that was not at all what I expected. The pictures advertised looked like a 3-D ornament that would be more inline with a Hallmark type ornament than a flat cutout encased in lucite. I would not be surprised if my wife threw the so called ornament away. Do not waste your money.

well it does not look like the sample they show you, Was 100% disappointed with what I got. And for me I will never NEVER !! order anything from them again Its a scam, Let me repeat that S C A M

I would give 0 if I could. My order was not only late even after paying for express shipping but the shirt look liked a kid put it together. When asking for a refund they ask for pictures and all this stuff and after doing what they asked they are REFUSING TO REFUND ME!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! CHEAP CLOTHING!!!

Upon receipt of my glasses they were overprinted on returned glasses of someone else. When communicating with Support it seemed a bit off for the response. I was told that they would not refund only replace. The new glasses are enroute as I write this review. I would whole heartedly not order again after my experience. I sent pics and request on 28 July upon receipt. I had ordered July 4 and it was implied in the email I received that refunds were not allowed after 30 days...It took nearly that to receive the glasses after ordering. Not a good experience.

So many people say don’t order anything from Facebook and I did not believe. The item on facebook looks really nice, metal like material with 3D figure, nice details. However the item I received is very cheap plastic material and it’s a piece of thin plastic material with scratchs all over place. I requested to return the item and never get any response
