Ordered what was more of a 3D type of ornament from the pictures, but what was received was a flat acrylic ornament, nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Emailed the company, saying that that was the way it was explained in the ad and offered an 11% discount

I never received the ornament I ordered last year for Christmas. When emailing the company, I was met with only automated responses which were not helpful at all.

Received an ornament that was supposed to be for my mother’s Christmas present. The item is a literal sticker on a plastic piece. Paid $35 for something that looks NOTHING like it does online. Not impressed. The item I received is something I could’ve done at home.

Horrible experience.. BEWARE this company has changed their name 5 times.

you can package better, 2 items shipped, and both items had plastic cracked

The item I received was not what was pictured/advertised. It was just a flat piece of plastic with the image on it, not the 3D example as displayed. A total ripoff and scam. Save your money and don’t purchase anything from this company. I will never buy another product from them again!!

The ad i saw, the one that made me really want this, the one that excited my wife into wanting this as well. Shows this product to be a 3-dimensional item. Other ads show the same thing. When we received it, we were truly excited. When we took it out the box, I literally had a WTF moment. If I had known that it was just a flat piece of plexiglass. I never would have bought it for that price. Flat stock is really and truly not worth that price. YES, we are most assuredly disappointed with this purchase...

Not what the advertising looked like. This was very cheap and not worth my money.
