They asked me to give a review on the product I purchased in November and still have not received it. Very disappointed won't ever purchase from them again

One star is still too much , I ordered from this company on November 12 & still have yet to receive what I ordered . A delay is one thing . But a whole month is outrageous. At this point I just hope it gets here before I take my Christmas down .

The appearance of the picture is 3D and vibrant in color. Arrival was a flat ornament that is cloudy. Very disappointed for the price and appearance. Will not order again.

It is NOTHING like i expected compared to what I saw in your Facebook ad. It gives the impression of being 3D when it's not and the clarity of the graphics is very cloudy. While your ad might say it's a 2D product the pictures do not reflect that. That's what I get for trusting a company that is supposed to be out of Delaware but the product is from China . There's a lot of neat ideas on your website but I wouldn't use this company any more.

I have yet to get my order. I contacted there support email and got the response that it was at the distribution kiosk in San Dimas, CA. Five days later it's still there. But I was separately notified that the USPS had confiscated my package due to bad postage. I've asked for a refund but I doubt I'll get it.

First of all I didn't realize the calendars were being shipped from overseas. It took weeks to receive them. I thought I was ordering with plenty of time but didn't receive them till December 2nd. I was very disappointed in them. The individual pieces were nothing like advertised; just very small flat pieces of plastic with prints on them. Do not waste your money!!

I ordered 2 advent calendars that they advertised, one was a grinch calendar and the other a horror movie calendar. Unfortunately the pictures on the website look nothing like what you actually get. The characters in the box are just prints on flat plastic pieces, they are cheap looking and to make matters worse just one sided. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. Buyer beware!

Horrible ! For $21 dollars for product and $9 for shipping I expected a QUALITY product. What I received was a silver dollar size plexiglass ornament. So disappointed…don’t waste your money. They wouldn’t let me return for refund. Embarrassed to give as a gift, so it becomes a GAG gift…smh🤬
