The ornament was very disappointing. It looked nothing like it did online. And to add insult to injury it took 20 days to get to my address and the ornament came in damaged. Plus it looked like they printed a piece of paper and put thick acrylic on it. When I ask for a refund they tried to ask me to receive a 20% refund. wtf?! Once I asked them for a full refund I got it. But still the audacity to even ask that has a valued refund. Don’t do it it’s not worth it

Disappointing as the ornament advertised was not what I received. It is just a piece of plastic with a printed sticker. The description and picture in the advertisement looks completely different.

I wanted to purchase an American made product and found the site misleading. From purchase to receipt was 30 days, support basically said just keep waiting and I find the quality to be poor. I won’t purchase from them again.

I ordered a custom Disney castle on November 11th assuming I would receive this by Christmas and here it is Dec 21st and still have not received it. What’s the point of ordering a Christmas gift and getting it after Christmas! I would never order from them again!

The advent calendar was not what I expected as it is very cheap and I am upset that I paid so much for it. It took a long time to get delivered. There should be a notification or a warning when we are ordering something from China. Will stay clear from ordering from Homacus

Two different apps not related to company. Ordered ornament 11/15. It’s dec 20. Maybe I’ll get next year

I ordered something 35 days ago and it’s nowhere to be found. This company is a scam. They won’t refund me, and now I’m disputing the charge through my bank. I’ve also heard the product is garbage. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a Christmas present on November 15th. It's now December 19th, it's still not here, and the tracking is both useless and doesn't give any hope it will be here before Christmas. I don't recommend buying from Homacus and will not be buying from them ever again.
