This item was not what I expected and took a long time to get since coming from overseas

Took a while for delivery Thought it was a 3 D ornament Flat 2D

the item is very cute but as i had e mailed you it looks faded in color , and not worth the money. I don't know how to send pixs thru e mail as you requested. So I guess I have to live with it

Ordered the Disney themed ornament with the balloons with names added to the balloons, its very cute but the colors are not very vibrant like I was hoping and I wish there were a spot for the year to be added. Overall its a 5 out of 10

The actual item is great. I would say the problem is you don't know when you order it that it will take so long to get it. I think it took about a month to receive.

Deceptive. Pic shows a 3d ornament. When it arrived it is flat 2d. Not surprised but bit disappointed

Ads lead you to believe it a 3D ornament when in fact it is flat. It was still cute but not what is shown in the ads. Kinda false advertising!

The ornament was not at all what the advertisement looks like. Kinda like the fiction girls with all the filters. It’s still gonna be ok for what I got it for but would not have bought if I had known how cheap it looks. The people I’m gifting it to don’t know how much I paid.
