I ordered the keychain. It looks nothing like the picture. If I look at it on the bright side, all the names are backwards. I was shocked after it came (a month later). It’s nothing like it is advertised.

This was complete false advertising. In the video, the helmet is real. When I received it, the helmet is a 2D piece of plexiglass. So I spent $70 on a $10 clock. Maybe $15 with the personalized name.

I bought Astronaut Acrylic Hanging Wall Clock - Personalized Gifts . The photo of the clock on the website looks like a real astronaut helmet with a clock inside the helmet. Looks amazing on the website. Ordered it for my grandson. What I got was a flat cardboard print of the helmet. It was not a real helmet. I was so angry. I reached out for a refund and was told since I had my grandson's name added to it that I could only receive a 15% refund. I paid $70 for a piece of cardboard! So angry. Will NEVER buy from this company again. They even said the time and effort it took to personalize the clock was the reason they could not give me a refund. Time and Effort?!! It was printed on a piece of cardboard. There was not TIME and EFFORT! Then to top it off the acrylic side was all scratched because they put the clock back on that side. The piece that the battery goes in. WOW!

They were both broken on arrival. I sent a complaint as instructed and never heard anything back

Honestly, those cups are crap. Just a cheap glass with a very shitty piece of print glued in it.

This company is not worth your money! I ordered a personalized gift as a graduation present and never received it. I received several emails saying to confirm delivery address, which was 100% correct and I still confirmed it. After receiving 4 emails to confirm address, which I did every time, I then received an email stating my product was delivered but I haven't received anything when I arrived home, This was extremely upsetting because not only was the address correct, I never once received a call from delivery but sent pictures but I never got it. Now I am going back and forth trying to get a refund and or replacement but they are making it hard as well, then comes back to tell me delivery confirmed so no refund or replacement, I just lost the gift I wanted for the child and my money. Very poor customer service! Don't buy it

It was my first time shopping in this website and took a long time to the order to arrive. The quality it was not good for what I pay for.
