Disappointed that it came AFTER Christmas. When I finally got it one of the names were misspelled. I cannot gift it as it is now. Very cheaply done. Can I get my money back?

The picture is what I thought I was getting. How ever I’m disappointed in it was a cheap looking pillow. Not worth the 40 dollars I spent on it. Now if it was a stuffed pillow like it was pictured, I would have love it. Very disappointed in the product, it’s very deceiving with the picture that it advertised. When ordering. I ordered a custom Christmas ornament. I watched the tracking as provided in an email, after several days, there was a message that the package was confiscated by the USPS for counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. Do not waste your money on the scam company.

I haven't received it yet and it's been almost a month

Ordered a product from the that was totally misleading. Product shown and advertised was nothing even close to the product I received. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever received from any website ever. Save you money but from anyone else.

The appearance of the picture online looked amazing and vibrant in color. Arrival was a flat ornament that reminded me of a Shrinky Dink from when I was a kid, which is cloudy and hard to see. I was so excited and didn’t realize I was getting a flat piece of plastic. Very disappointed for the price and appearance. Will not order again.

I couldn't be more disappointed in the item I purchased. The ad for the item makes it appear as it a 3D sculpted piece and all I got was a piece of plastic that is printed on and only one side. Not even both sides, the back is white. This is absolutely not what I was expecting and I hate it. It was for a gift for my cousin and I am actually embarrassed to give it to him. It also arrived very late, as we had our celebration this past Saturday and I won't see him again until the summer. I don't know what to do, but this is absolutely NOT what I wanted and I paid a lot of money for some print on a piece of plastic, which I could have made myself if I really wanted to. Honestly I'd like to return it for a refund because I feel very strongly that the advertisement is deceptive and misleading.
