Communication was non existent. No way to check on progress. Took almost 4 weeks to receive. Delivery expectation was never conveyed in the ordering process.

Ordered a Disney ornament and it’s nothing like in the pictures on their website. The quality is not good as they are blurry and it’s an acrylic flat lay vs 3d. I recieved a reply from the company offering a 10% refund but they deleted mine and other reviews on their website that were before 4 stars so it looks like they are better than they are. I would never recommend or buy from them again.

Ordered the Disney castle with balloons. The item is "okay" at best. It is flat acrylic cut-out and the balloons area does not look like the picture. It has a large area of acrylic around each one. Think of using a cookie cutter to make the basic outline and then filling in the decorated area leaving a 1/4" or more all around the decorated area. The colors are faded and names hard to read. The item took almost a month to get here. I would not order again.

Still haven’t gotten it. Over 45 days. Ordered a Christmas ornament and it still hasn’t arrived. Have received two requests to review a product I still haven’t gotten. If you want it for Christmas you better order by sept 1 and HOPE you get it.

Never received the ornament and have not been given a refund. First I have heard from this scam is leave us a review. I should have investigated them before ordering. My fault.

Currently have still not received the item. This order was placed Black Friday. Customer service keeps asking to make it right but no item has arrived. I will update my rating of it comes through. I am afraid I have been scammed. The shipping noted counterfeit postage issue. 😞

We ordered 2 Christmas ornaments at the end of November after Thanksgiving. We didn't recieve the ornaments until AFTER CHRISTMAS! Aside from that, the advertising presented the ornaments as 3D figurines. What we received were cut out plastic with an image pasted to it. NOT WORTH THE $53 I PAID. And there's no use in asking for a refund even though it was shipped out of California, bc they will tell Paypal it needs to get shipped back to China and the cost of returning will eat all the money I paid. This is a classic shipped-from-China-poor-quality-no-return scam.

Do not order anything from this site!! I ordered a Grinch Teddy bear with a custom name. I received something completely different than what I ordered, and it had the wrong name on it. Contacted the company have not heard anything back. This is an absolute scam.
