misleading product picture. Cheap printing on standard pillow. Not three dimensional product. Team logo on other side of pillow is backwards.

I order a vehicle shape pillow from what the website showed it is like a diecast model but in plush of my brother's Jeep, so it appear 3D but when I got it was so disappointed, nothing like the pillow just flat. I don't trust this website and the pictures they show as the product. I was so disappointed told them, they offer a discount but I said no because I didn't know any of their other items were real.

Original images have been replaced on the site since my purchase and a disclaimer was added to the site after my purchase as well. I will provide original pics vs what we received, look at them closely (Note Trustpilot does not allow pic uploads). Advertised image was obviously AI generated and not of the actual product. Company tries to blame customers for being confused by "professional lighting, high-quality photography, and the visual illusion created by the 3D printing effect" Be sure to look at the "3D-Effect Printing Technique" link at the bottom of the page. Company haggles over refund first offering 20% and finally only refunds 50% of original purchase price. if you look closely at the pics posted currently for this item you can see that all except the last are also AI generated, and the last is an actual picture of the product (which was not posted at the time of my purchase). Beware, this site is part of a larger group of deceptive websites that advertise and sell low quality items often times using obvious bait and switch tactics. A quick google search of the product will result in multiple hits for the various site this group sells under. Read the disclaimer, it will tell you everything you need to know, this company is aware that it is give false impression of it's products by posting deceptive images.

Did not fit the description of the item listed. When customer service was contacted they were not helpful refused to refund even after pictures were provided. Then only offered 10% then when I emailed back about their own policy they increased the refund to 30%. At this point I stopped replying cause it was a joke. Plus shipping took a while, ordered at beginning of December and didn’t receive until beginning of January.

I ordered a king size quilt and they sent me a full-size quilt. It will not fit on my bed correctly, despite sending pictures and measurements to the company, they refuse to replace the quilt to a king size bed. I would not recommend this company at all. Plus, it took over 3 1/2 weeks to get almost 4 weeks.

The ornament, while a cute idea, doesn't have a particularly crisp graphic. It's quite dark. The backing on it is wrinkled and scratched, leaving small clear spots in the design, and is obviously not designed to tolerate touching or contact with anything that might contact it. The low quality, on top of the very long shipping time, means that I won't use this company again.

stay away from this company. their pictures are not what you receive and customer service is worthless. I ordered a Star Wars tree topper. since when is a tree topper flat? the picture on the website does not indicate this nor does any wording. Additionally I ordered what I thought was going to be a metal Disney ornament. Again, it was not, plastic again. and yes, again...customer service is silent.

Ordered my ornament on November 23rd and here we are January 10th and I still haven’t received the ornament. After a few weeks went by I noticed the tracking had my order sitting in Indianapolis for over a week then randomly the order went to Seattle, WA. I reached out to customer service raising my concern as this ornament was supposed to be a Christmas gift and Christmas was a week away at this point. They kept telling me to be patient and that it takes 3-5 business days to process the order then 10-20 to ship said order. Which no where on the website does it say orders take THAT LONG. I expressed my frustration with customer service who was useless and refused to give me my money back, just offered to ship out a replacement which at this point I didn’t want as Christmas has passed. After weeks of arguing back and forth they finally offered to give me a refund once the replacement has been delivered (still hasn’t been) with a 20% restocking fee. This is complete BS and I will never waste my money or time on this scam of a website again.
