I purchased the retro mug. It did not look like anything in the picture from which I ordered. I thought all the decoration on it would be raised like how it seems in the picture, but it was not. It was all flat and to pay $40 for a mug like that was not worth it

Hello Chris Unfortunately I have a situation with you guys in regards about an item 02NALU161225 is been almost 2 months to get the right item, the first one was only a piece of tiny wood, which I supposedly to peel off something according with you guys ( that was nothing to peel off obviously) so I requested my money back, so we get to the point of to resend another and replace the wrong one and refund 15% money back, now I just received the second one with a picture on one side and damages on the corners and is no way to peel off what ever you guys said, so you guys is been shipping me the wrong item? At this point I just want definitely my money back the whole amount that I paid for. William

I strongly advise against purchasing products from this company. Their mug designs are misleading and inaccurate. They appear to be three-dimensional, but they are actually one-dimensional and poorly crafted.

It didn't look like what was advertised I was disappointed

Was disappointed when after waiting weeks the pillow I ordered looked way cheaper than the nearly $70 price I paid for it. The printed graphic literally still had the black arrows etc that should’ve been weeded out of the image before printing

This pillow was nothing compared to the 3D like picture they used to sell this

When will Facebook and Shopify start to take responsibility for these Chinese front companies that promote these items which appear one way, but are total, 100% scams upon arrival? Like shell companies, they keep clone social media accounts to look legitimate, but aren't. How does FB, IG, and Shopify keep missing the bite on these, as honestly, they look like clones of the last one who was grifting off of American buyers until they got caught too many times and had to default, go on the run! Their IG account is a bunch of nonsensical cartoon images unrelated to their business, more FB pages than I can count, as they keep the consumer confused and at a distance on purpose. I purchased the "3-D" coffee mug called "The Horror Mug," which is a cool rip-off of Stranger Things. The mug is sold as having a dozen, 2-D objects or symbols recognizable to the fan of the show, which are embossed onto the surface of the mug. However, when receiving this $35.00 15oz mug, its simply printed flat and is like any mug you can pick up for $5 to $15.00 in a store or online. A complete and total deceptive practices business! When you call them, you get a busy signal, line drops. I can only hope they're busy taking calls from pissed-off customers, but I have seen this smoke & mirrors routine more than once! Tragically, this company probably really operates as a personal info theft operation to nab your details while putting you into an average buyer and dissatisfied customer scenario. One client on FB noted that after refunding them, weeks later, they sneakily re-charged their CC! You've been warned!

Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I received my order which was a queen size bedspread. It did not fit my bed. Tried to return and no returns. They asked for pictures, measurements etc. you could see it did not fit my bed and I asked for an exchange they said no but they would give me 30% off another purchase. Ridiculous. It’s also very cheaply made this stuff is JUNK!!! SCAMMERS!!!
