Product arrived in perfect shape and the gift was well liked by the recipients.

The ornament came out great and they loved it. I only wish more options were available as it was difficult to make it look like the people I was gifting it to. But it's honestly a great idea and came out wonderful!

Loved our ornament! It is really great quality and turned out so good! Only downside is the shipping takes quite a while. Need to make sure to order with plenty of time. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this company.

The ads gives the illusion of a 3D ornament. It is NOT a 3D ornament! It is on a piece of acrylic. It is still a cute ornament and the pontoon matches perfectly. Our friends loved it. Shipping took a very long time

Product took a little longer to arrive than anticipated but happy to have received it. Looks good and would buy again.

I loved customizing the keychain and I came out perfect! However, it took a while to come in, and the tracking wasn’t reliable. Despite this altercation, I am satisfied with the result!

I got the Charlie Brown-inspired couple ornament and it turned out really well. The receivers instantly realized it was them on the ornament. Only reason ranking was 4 stars instead of 5 is the tracking process was questionable. It was not consistently updated, and I never received notifications closer to the actual delivery to be able to make plans to receive it. Fortunately no porch pirates got a hand on it, though the lack of communication regarding the ETA was concerning.

Very cute ornament! I do wish they had a few more hair colors. I also felt the plastic enclosure felt a little cheap (ie, not completely covering the printout) but it was a very sweet Christmas present and they loved it!
