If I could have rated lower I would, we purchased for $49 the NFL football pillow that looked big in the picture and more detailed. What we received I wouldn't have spent .01 for. Very poorly made with the cheapest material possible. When I asked for a refund and to return the sad pillow, I was told they would give me 20%, I declined that and they said they'd pay 50% and that it basically wasn't their problem about the pillow. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered the item and waited for over one month for the item to arrive. I contact the customer support office at least three times of which they told me that they were awaiting shipment from China. I should have demanded a refund. The product should have been a local product and sent to me within a few days. I will never order from this company again. No apologies or anything from this company.

I was sent the wrong item, it was not the item I ordered the item I ordered was embroidered burgundy and green with a quilted burgundy backing. the one they sent was a cheap inferior item that was black and green with a white backing. I ordered the Graceful Tree of Life! when I contacted the for a refund they said they would give me only 20percent. I an so disappointed in your company!!

Placed an order the first week of February it is now mid March and I have still not seen my order. I contacted the company for information about my order and was told the vendor was on vacation for a few weeks and will be sending out my order soon. It never arrived tried for a refund and was told I could not get a refund and needed to wait till my order arrived. This was supposed to be a Valentines gift but good thing I planed ahead just incase don't buy from here don't waste your money...

Never received my mat.

It took forever to receive the pillow. It was for Valentine’s Day and did not come until a week after. And it was not a “cutout” looking pillow like the pictures show. It was just a pillow with 2 demigorgons printed on them.

Ordered two Pokemon 30th Anniversary 40oz tumblers with no personalization. Three days after submitting my order, they sent me tracking info. The next day it was marked "Returned to Sender". I contacted the Homacus, Macustom, and the shipping carrier. All responded saying sorry for your experience and that they'll look into it. A week later and they haven't replied to any new emails or supplied new tracking information. Had to file a scam/fraud complaint on the transaction with my credit card company.

Total scam. Placed an order to arrive on Valentine’s Day (weeks in advance). Customer service continued to tell me package was on the way, and gave a handful of excuses as to why it hadn’t arrived. Asked them to refund me my money as this was a Valentine’s Day gift. Still haven’t received it, even though 3 weeks after Valentine’s Day the package said it had “delivered”. Don’t waste your time here
