HomacusReviews of homacus.com

I received only part of my order. I have contacted Homacus several ways and have no response. The order was not as shown on the website, disappointing.

If I could give 0 I would. I never received my Order. Was told by customer service they could resend but only once and to a correct address (like the one originally given was not correct 🙄) and on top of that I requested my refund and they told me only 50%?????? But did u take 50% of my money?? No!!!! Completely ridiculous!!!!! Complete scam!!!!!!

I never received my doormat. So my review would be unfavorable.

Never received my order

Absolute rubbish and not what’s advertised while it’s advertised as a STADIUM they fool you with AI and it’s merely an over priced pillow and DO NOT accept returns only a 20% refund absolute joke stay away people!!!

The acrylic key hanger that I received is not the same as the photo you show on Facebook, completely different no I don't recommend

Item advertised and pictured was a 3d shadow box to hang on the wall. Item delivered is a 2d poorly printed picture of a shadow box on a piece of acrylic. None of the images on the website are of the item that was delivered.

This company is a ripoff what they advertise and what you order are two totally different items it's complete false advertising I paid 55.00 dollars for a 3-D wood cabinet key holder with the figurines inside and a bundle of balloons. What I got was a piece of acrylic with some hooks and a printed picture of what I actually ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.
