Update: they contacted me and sent replacements after about 10 days. Not sure if it is my multiple emails or my bad reviews that led to a response but increasing to 3 stars as they did respond and send replacements. Previous (1 star review below): This company is a scam, they will sell you ebay knockoffs of their own product at 5x the price as soon as the knockoff are available. Not sure if it’s their US distributor only or they do the same in Switzerland. Just received damaged and lower quality products (I have the same product bought before ebay knockoffs became available for the v5, definitely not the same resin and different lock as well), the ring even looks used, they won’t even respond to the emails sent.
