They have one of the most absolute worst customer service team I have ever encountered in my time on the internet. And having a good team really matters and makes people want to keep coming back. Me on the other hand? I haven’t even played or attempted to in almost a year because of the awful customer experience I get any time I need help. There are better Casinos out there. I highly recommend any other one than this one. (Or ceasars. lol)

I played at Hollywood casino as a new player with a $500 return for your losses if you don't win in the first 24 hours I put $200 in and won a little bit but before the 24 hours was negative $200. After 3 days I waited to see if I got my money returned and did not contact the customer support they told me it could take over 72 hours what never told me I wasn't getting my money back so I waited uto 6 days and then I contacted them and then they told me that I wasn't getting anything because I wasn't negative how's that possible if I lost $200 never cash nothing out do not trust them.

Do not play on this site. After playing consistently for a month I finally got a bonus on a game and it stopped working in the middle of the bonus and wouldn't load again. Customer service was of no help at all and there was no resolution. I just lost out. Very scammish and fishy. I will never put money in on the site again. There are other online casinos that don't flat out scam their players.
