I ordered CBD capsules for my dog &…
I ordered CBD capsules for my dog & chose the USPS free shipping option. Holistapet shipped it within hours, but USPS never scanned it or moved it for 2 weeks. I am in NY, Holistapet is in CA, so I thought maybe it was just slow. When I finally called I got a live person when the phone was answered. Hannah was wonderful, telling me she was sending a duplicate order out (without charge) & when I asked if I could use UPS instead of USPS, she not only arranged it, she checked to see if UPS had already come by for a pick-up. They had, but she talked to someone who said they would personally drop it off for me at UPS. To top it off, she upgraded my shipping to expedited without any charge. This is a business I will use & recommend again, as they take their customer's satisfaction very seriously. Kudos to everyone at Holistapet!

I ordered CBD treats directly from HolistaPet. Fantastic customer service.
I ordered CBD treats directly from HolistaPet thinking it would be a quick transaction, but found that shipping in L.A is challenging. When my order didn't arrive, I reached out and my email was answered within hours. We had several emails between us and Michael was always very professional and helpful. A new package was sent out and I did receive it in a timely manner. I spoke to the manager of customer service and he, too, was very professional and helpful. I recommend this company for your pets' needs.

I love this product it has helped my 12…
I love this product it has helped my 12 yr old American bulldog so much. The only pitfal or complaint I have is the shipping time however just plan ahead.

I find the pet cbd to be a very fine…
I find the pet cbd to be a very fine product for my cat. Before cbd use my cat was always afraid of riding in a vehicle. After a couple months on cbd we had the opportunity to take him on a 100 mile ride. He sat up in the back and looked around the whole trip. For 12 years he would hide under a seat and only come out when we stopped. I am currently using it to see if there is any hope to slow down a nasty case of squamous cell carcinoma on his nose in conjunction with Piroxicam. Both products appear to keep the pain level to where I cannot tell whether there is any pain at all. He seems to be enjoying life with his sister, eating as much as he ever did and still likes to go for walks with me. The postal service appeared to take 4 days to go from LA to Carson CA before heading on to our location in Prescott AZ.
