Great product, but customer service/shipping isn’t the best
The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because Of being charged for “fast” delivery and having it come way after what I paid for. I should’ve just used the free service. I’ve ordered from them 4 times. The second time I really needed it before the bottle ran out, so I paid extra for fast delivery, why did I spend that money if it still took almost 10days anyway. (I understand mail delays happen but I should’ve been refunded or at least credited. Which I wasn’t) . Also this last time I ordered I was expecting it to let me get my second bottle discounted (which is why I ordered two in the first place - but I guess it wasn’t “the deal” that time. Considering I didn’t want anything but the liquid tinctures - any other deal is completely useless to me. So I ended up spending 100$ for the two because I knew if I waited I’d regret it since it’s probably take forever to get here again with the shipping. All in all wish the costumer service was a little better. I love their products. It’s made a world of difference in my senior dog. Most days. Ow she’s like. Puppy again (or at least a much younger self ;) she’s moving better and ABSOLUTELY LOVES TAKING THE DROPS. I just give it to her to lap up, I don’t have to hide it in food she’s crazy about it! As is my other dog. She likes it too but gets it more for anxiety. I would absolutely recommend this site (and I have plenty of times ). Thank you for making such a great product and having the safety and health of animals in your values!
