New customer
Too early to tell but product seems to be helping our dog. The logistics for priority mail, which I paid extra was slow and delayed. I will update this after more time

The products are fabulous
The products are fabulous and came quick when I paid for extra shipping. I wish there were other shipping options and less costly shipping prices. My 8 year old dog has some arthritis and this has made a good difference in his pain and mobility. He’s much more playful and happy and with no prescription medication!

Great product and worked
Great product and worked; only feedback on docking one star is that I paid for priority shipping and the arrival date would have been the same if I chose free shipping. Lesson learned for future orders.

Good product
My only issue on why I didn't give a 5 star is the treats aren't very soft. It is hard for my 10 year old dog to chew. I have to cut it in peices. Otherwise this company has the best product on the market for what we needed. Simple to order. Fast shipping. We will order again.

Revised review.
My order took almost 3 weeks to get to me. I was frustrated and gave a rating of two related to the service delay. HolistaPet saw my review and kindly sent another order. This took only a week. I am changing my rating to 4 stars based on the company's quick response and that fact the product is now helping our dog be more relaxed.

gave my dog severe tremors
gave my dog severe tremors, but it could be the dosage. This isn't for every dog, but their customers service is 5 stars and they refunded me when I said I wasn't fully satisfied.
