I haven’t used the product yet, but it is way less expensive than my previous brand. It took awhile to arrive so I will order ahead.

We have an American Staffordshire Terrier mix rescue that we got as a puppy in Nov. 2020, she's very chill with us but if anyone comes into the house or comes up to her on a walk she barks and cowers in fear, she's also very leash reactive to other dogs. We've seen an improvement in how much she barks when people come over and she'll actually lay down and relax now during family get togethers so it appears the CBD treats kind of take the edge off of her anxiety in the house. She hasn't improved much on walks though, so apparently it doesn't quite relax her enough for that. I'm content with the results as my main concern was being able to have people over without her freaking out.

About a year ago, my then 5-year-old, otherwise very healthy Pit/Boxer mix started having seizure-type incidents that scared her and scared us. She wasn't convulsing/"paddling," but she would suddenly start panting and look frightened and her legs didn't seem to work so she couldn't stand up. On a few nights I believe she lost control of her bowels and/or bladder in the bed, and she would become very agitated in the middle of the night (she would NEVER pee or do her business in the house otherwise). I brought her to the vet, who said that dogs her age could sometimes develop epilepsy. I asked her if it might be worthwhile to try CBD, as I'd heard that it had at least worked for seizures in some humans. She obviously couldn't come out and recommend it, but she said that the owners of some of her seizure-prone dogs had given anecdotal accounts about how CBD had helped them. So I figured I'd give it a shot before trying more heavy-duty drugs. It took a couple of weeks to find the right dosage for her (she's about 50 lbs., and eventually we found that .5 ml. of CBD oil--the 1200 mg. formulation in her case--in her dinner twice a day did the trick--your results may vary). Her last episode (which lasted 9 long minutes) was on 4/30/21--just about a year ago. That was about a week after we'd started the .5 ml. twice a day dosing. We didn't do anything else different--I can only assume that the CBD stopped whatever was happening in her brain to cause the seizures (before, it had gotten to the point where it was happening about once a week). So yeah--anecdotal, but I am almost 100% certain that it was the Holistapet CBD oil that "fixed" the problem. I'm so grateful that I found Holistapet, after looking online for the most reputable companies selling CBD for pets. We now get it auto-shipped monthly. My ONLY issue is that sometimes the bottles we get--which should last for a month at her dosage--don't always actually last until the next one gets sent. Yes, everything is slow these days, but the solution would be to ship products a few days earlier, I think. I got very nervous when she had to go for a few days without her CBD. I hated seeing her so frightened and uncomfortable when the seizure events happened, and I don't want it to happen any more.

While I really like the CBD oil itself and think it has done wonders for my dog, it seems that shipping takes forever - even if you pay for expedited service. I wish they would use a different carrier than USPS, as they are extremely slow and unreliable. On more than one occasion I have run out of oil due to delivery delays.

I am very happy with your products. The Calming Treats, in particular, are helping our dog a lot!! Thank you. My only problem is that when I go to order something from the HolistaPet site, after a few minutes, the quiz comes up and I can't minimize it, so can't continue with my order. (I use Chrome). So, I order from Amazon whenever possible and if I need to order through your website for a sale, I do it as quickly as possible to work around the quiz. Thanks for the opportunity for feedback on this issue.

The CBD treats have really helped improve my dogs mobility. She has some issues due to arthritis and the hitch goes away when we add these CBD treats to her regimen. Would love to see a peanut butter flavor if at all possible. Occasionally we have trouble getting her to take the treats (but possibly because her other medicine is pb flavored and there are too many scents at once.) Overall great product!

Ordering and shipping process was perfect! Unfortunately, this product did absolutely nothing for my boi, even with using the strong serving. He is an 80lb Shepard mix, suffers from separation anxiety, and just anxiety in general. This is nothing against Holispet, my doggo is just extremely high energy ( and yes I exercise more than average and train daily) and has extremely high anxiety. I just wanted to try cbd for dogs before I had to resort to trying Prozac or another type of antianxiety med. I really hoped this was the answer, but for my guy, it's just not enough 😔
